Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. By submitting a design to Without Pockets you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
  2. You guarantee that any design you submit is your own original work and that it does not infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
  3. You agree not to use the submitted design for any commercial purpose for a period of six months following submission.
  4. You agree not to submit the design to any other competition or in any way licence or assign your rights in the design for a period of six months following submission.
  5. Without Pockets retains the right to display submitted designs on its websites (withoutpockets.com, without-pockets.com, withoutpockets.net, without-pockets.net and withoutpockets.com.au) in perpetuity.
  6. Winners will be notified by email.
  7. Decisions made by Without Pockets Pty Ltd will be final and binding.
  8. If your design is chosen as a winning design and used, Without Pockets retains the exclusive rights to the design.
  9. You retain ownership of your submitted design and may use it to: (a) display in a portfolio; and (b) promote your submission.
  10. Without Pockets may slightly rework winning designs.
  11. Without Pockets reserves the right to reject any submission for entry into the competition at any time and for any reason.
