    Like the design of the bears, but not sure about using 'cola' - maybe some infringment on copyright/registered trademarks??

    theres no copyright on the word cola, as far as I know, and thats not the coca cola font either, just something similar

    I was under the impression that they trademark a "device" and anything that looks like it is potentially an infringement. So potentially using the "Cola" text in that font, the polar-bears, the red colour and that bottle-shape together invoke such strong Coka Cola impressions that it could very well be an infringement.
